Cultural Events & Gatherings Continue Across Raymah to Mark Prophet’s Birthday

Raymah: Cultural events, gatherings and preparatory meetings continued across Raymah Governorate on Saturday to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birth.

According to Yemen News Agency, in Al-Jabin District, the local authority and mobilization committee held an expanded meeting in Qatu area, attended by local officials and social figures, to discuss preparations for broad participation in the central celebration and to promote unity and mobilization. A cultural evening, seminar and gathering were also held in several areas of the district. Speakers affirmed that the people of Al-Jabin and Raymah would demonstrate their faith and commitment on Rabi' al-Awwal 12, despite the challenges.

In Mazhar District, an expanded meeting of local, executive, security and mobilization leaders stressed the importance of widespread participation in the main celebration to demonstrate Yemenis' love for the Prophet. A cultural evening organized by Shaheed Al-Quran School highlighted Yemenis' achievements in confronting their adversaries and supporting religion, the Holy Quran, Islamic sanctities and the oppressed.

The Security Department of Al-Jabin also held a commemorative event emphasizing the significance of the Prophet's birthday, while a preparatory meeting in Al-Salafiyah District reviewed arrangements for broad participation in Tuesday's central celebration in Al-Jabin. Other cultural events were held in Bani Khattab and Bani Nahet, with participants affirming their readiness for the main celebration and stressing the religious significance of the occasion.

Meanwhile, sports activities accompanying the Al-Rasoul Al-Aazam Championship concluded in Mazhar and Bani Al-Dhubaibi, organized by the districts' Youth and Sports Offices. Several schools in Al-Jaafariya District also held student activities encouraging continued celebrations and broad participation in Tuesday's central event.
