Cultural Party in Sanhan Commemorates Prophet’s Birthday with Community Event

Sanhan: A cultural evening was held in Al-Gharbi village, Sanhan and Bani Bahloul District, Sana'a Governorate, to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). During an evening event organized by residents of the Al-Gharbi and Al-Ittihad neighborhoods, attended by Deputy Governor Jubran Ghubr, Deputy Governor Mohammed Ayed emphasized the importance of commemorating this great religious occasion in strengthening awareness and loyalty to Allah and His Messenger.

According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Governor Ayed urged attendees to draw lessons and inspiration from the Prophet of Mercy, emulating his words and deeds, and to solidify the values of justice, love, and equality among people, following his righteous path and noble example. He called for active participation in the various activities and events related to the occasion, in preparation for the major central event in the capital, Sana'a, on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal.

Speeches delivered at the event, which was also attended by the head of the governorate's cultural sector, Abdullah Al-Abed, and several members of the local authority in the district, affirmed that commemorating the Prophet's birthday is an opportunity to strengthen the connection with the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), to follow his example and life, and to recall the values of honor, dignity, patience, sacrifice, and steadfastness in upholding the truth.

The speakers praised the level of public engagement with the Prophet's birthday celebrations, which reflects the depth of the Yemeni people's love for the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). The evening included poetry recitations, songs, and a play, all of which reflected the grandeur of the occasion.
