Deaf Students’ Project Exhibition Launched in Sanaa

Sanaa: Officials from the Ministries of Education and Social Affairs and Labor on Saturday launched events marking the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, along with an exhibition showcasing projects by deaf and hard-of-hearing female students at Arwa Technical Commercial Institute for Girls in Sanaa.

According to Yemen News Agency, the exhibition featured fashion-design projects by 20 deaf graduates of the institute, showcasing a range of creative works. Education and social affairs officials praised the graduates' achievements, saying their projects demonstrate that disability is not a barrier to creativity, but can strengthen determination and perseverance.

They stressed the importance of continuing education and vocational training for deaf students and supporting their integration into society.
