Sanaa:Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology Ali al-Maknai visited the tombs of notable figures, including former President Saleh al-Sammad, Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi, and Chief of General Staff Mohammed al-Ghamari, on Wednesday as part of the annual Martyrs' Day commemorations.
According to Yemen News Agency, al-Maknai, accompanied by telecommunications officials, laid wreaths and recited Al-Fatiha at the tombs in tribute to the deceased leaders and their companions.
In addition to the tomb visits, the delegation inaugurated an exhibition showcasing photographs of martyrs from the telecommunications sector, acknowledging their sacrifices while maintaining services throughout Yemen. The ceremony also included a visit to the Martyrs' Cemetery in the Al-Hashush area of Sanaa.
