Ibb: A meeting in Ibb Governorate today, chaired by the Secretary-General of the Local Council in the governorate, Amin Al-Warafi, discussed project completion reports and general summaries for the offices of Finance, the General Authority for Rural Water Projects, Health, Public Works, the Water Corporation, community initiatives, and the Public Works Project, for projects implemented during the year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the attendees, including directors and officials of the relevant offices and sectors, reviewed detailed reports on remaining projects from the executive plans for the years 1444 AH, 1445 AH, and 1446 AH, including the supplementary plan for the year 1444 AH.
A report was presented by the Director of the Social Fund for Development branch in the governorate, Engineer Mohsen Al-Sabri, on the projects completed during the year 1447 AH, totaling eight projects at a cost of $1,062,000, in the education, health, roads, and cash-for-work sectors, benefiting 12,630 direct beneficiaries.
During the meeting, Al-Warafi stressed the importance of preparing detailed reports according to the Prime Minister's office templates, supported by charts, illustrations, and performance indicators. He emphasized the need to strengthen the approach of planning, follow-up, and evaluation across all government offices and institutions to ensure the development of performance levels and the delivery of services to citizens.
The Secretary-General of the Local Council urged the preparation of general summaries and transferred projects, supported by success stories, and a comprehensive evaluation of achievement results and indicators.
