Discussion of Educational Performance & Preparations for Summer Courses in Capital Secretariat

Seoul: A meeting held on Thursday in the Capital Secretariat discussed the performance level of the education sector during the past period. The meeting was chaired by the Head of the Social Affairs Committee of the local council, Hamoud Al-Naqeeb.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by the Deputy Secretary for the Education and Youth Sector, Mohammed Al-Banous, Education Sector Official Abdulqader Al-Mahdi, Directors of the Curriculum and Guidance Department Abbas Al-Hadi, and Examinations Department Abdul Salam Al-Habsi, along with other educational leaders. They reviewed work mechanisms, performance evaluation and improvement, and efforts made to ensure the success of the 1447 AH / 2026 academic year.

Discussions also addressed ways to strengthen the sector's performance in the field, tackle existing difficulties, and overcome current challenges. Participants further discussed preparations for the summer courses, encouraging the community to enroll students to benefit from their educational, cultural, and skills-based programs, develop talents, and safeguard them against negative influences.

Al-Naqeeb praised the efforts made to sustain education and improve its outcomes, stressing the need for concerted efforts to support and ensure the success of the educational process and achieve the desired goals in building the future generation.
