Amran: The Amran Water Basin Committee, in its meeting today, chaired by the governor of the province, Dr. Faisal Jaaman, discussed a number of requests to drill new wells in the Amran Basin.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting reviewed 16 requests for licenses to drill new wells in several areas, specifically in the districts of Amran, Ayal Surayh, Khamer, Bani Suraim, Houth, and Sufyan.
