Sana'a: The Planning Sector team from the Prime Ministry office, during its visit to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, reviewed the level of progress in implementing a number of priorities and projects included in the ministry's plans.
According to Yemen News Agency, the team engaged in discussions with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for the Plant Wealth Sector, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Saraji, alongside several specialists and the ministry's planning team. The discussions focused on updating the progress level in implementing the Ministry of Agriculture's priorities within the plans for the years 1446-1447 AH.
The meeting addressed the most prominent challenges and difficulties affecting implementation progress. Efforts were made to identify solutions that could enhance performance levels and ensure the achievement of the planned goals.
The meeting also considered projects proposed for deletion from the plan for the year 1447 AH. This review forms part of the periodic examination of the ministry's plans, ensuring their alignment with the actual priorities and needs of the agricultural and fisheries sector according to value chains.
Emphasis was placed on the importance of concerted efforts and joint coordination to support the ministry's programs, plans, and directions aimed at advancing the agricultural and fisheries sectors.
