Sana'a: The Chairman of the General Authority for Zakat, Sheikh Shamsan Abu Nashatan, met today with the Acting Head of the Tax and Customs Authority, Dr. Ibrahim Mahdi, to discuss aspects of cooperation and coordination between the two entities.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting addressed issues related to implementing the zakat privileges granted by the revolutionary and political leadership to those who have submitted their declarations and paid their zakat. The discussions are expected to facilitate better compliance and management of zakat and tax obligations, ensuring that the privileges are effectively administered.
