Sana'a: The Supreme Political Council member Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor emphasized that Sana'a has articulated legitimate demands, including the cessation of the ongoing 12-year aggression, lifting of the blockade, and alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people. These demands, he stated, are fundamental rights for Yemenis and not a privilege or concession from any external entity.

According to Yemen News Agency, bin Habtoor highlighted that the Yemeni Armed Forces have targeted Saudi military positions as part of Yemen's rightful defense of its security and sovereignty. He pointed to media documentation of these military buildups, such as a Saudi military barracks at Mokha Port, as evidence of Saudi Arabia's ongoing militarization and aggression against Yemen.

Bin Habtoor accused Saudi Arabia of employing tactics of deception and intimidation to create divisions among Yemenis, instilling fear to further its aggressive aims and prolong the suffering of the Yemeni people. He underscored that Saudi actions against Yemenis in both northern and southern regions are well-documented and evident to the international community, questioning how these actions could remain concealed from those directly affected.

He urged Yemenis, especially in the southern governorates, to remain vigilant and wise, rejecting misinformation and preventing Saudi Arabia from exploiting their divisions for its objectives. Bin Habtoor stressed that Yemeni unity and refusal to be manipulated would be key in overcoming incitement and defeating plans that threaten their land, rights, and future generations.
