Baku:Capital Municipality The Education Sector in the Capital Municipality held an honoring event for the families and relatives of martyrs affiliated with the sector, as part of the annual Martyr Day 1448 AH activities. The event was attended by the Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Hassan Al-Sa'adi, and the Mayor of the Capital, Dr. Hamoud Obbad.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Hamoud Obbad praised the sacrifices made by the martyrs and the resilience of their families. He emphasized that true loyalty to the martyrs involves taking care of their families and children. Abdulqader Al-Mahdi, an Education Sector Official, echoed this sentiment, expressing appreciation and gratitude for the martyrs' families and renewing the commitment to uphold the legacy of the martyrs.
The event featured a chanting segment performed by students from the Orphans Care and Rehabilitation House, titled "We Are the Martyrs." It concluded with the distribution of certificates of appreciation and in-kind and symbolic gifts to the families and relatives of the martyrs.
