Sana'a: Educational and cultural events were held on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Ali - peace be upon him - under the title "On the Day of Al-Furqan, I won and Kaaba Lord ".
According to Yemen News Agency, in the presence of educational leaders and cadres, the events reviewed the merits and status of the Commander of the Faithful, Ali Ibn Abi Talib, peace be upon him, his courage, knowledge, wisdom, and his faithful and jihadist biography in supporting the Islamic religion, opposing tyrants and polytheists, and defending the oppressed.
The events stressed the importance of utilizing the nights of the holy month of Ramadan to equip themselves with obedience, worship, piety, and Qur'anic circles, strengthening the connection to the faith identity and raising awareness among children and society to thwart the plots and schemes of the enemies that target the Yemenis, the Islamic nation, and its sanctities.
They urged to emulate the approach and biography of Imam Ali and his positions, jihad, and sacrifices to confront the American and Zionist aggression, and to strengthen steadfastness and the faithful stance in support of Gaza, the Palestinians, and their valiant resistance.
