Educational Sector in Al-Mahwit City Holds Cultural Event to Mark Prophet’s Birthday

Al-mahwit: The Education Sector in Al-Mahwit City held a cultural event on Monday to celebrate the Prophet's Birthday for the year 1448 AH.

According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Local Council member Abdulrahman Shamlan and General Mobilization official in the city Ibrahim Al-Wadaei. Al-Mahwit City Education Sector official Malik Al-Shahdhi emphasized the significance of commemorating the Prophet's Birthday among students and the educational community. He highlighted it as an opportunity to promote faith-based awareness and culture, introduce students to the life of the Noble Prophet, and instill the values of honesty, trustworthiness, benevolence, and cooperation in the younger generation.

He noted that school activities and events serve as an important educational means of instilling values and principles drawn from the Prophet's biography. Such events help strengthen students' connection to their history and faith-based identity, encouraging them to translate what they learn from the Noble Prophet's morals into practical conduct in their daily lives.

The event featured cultural, awareness-raising, and nasheed performances that focused on the life, virtues, qualities, and noble morals of the Noble Prophet Mohammed, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. The activities emphasized the importance of drawing lessons from the life of the Noble Prophet and instilling them in students as a guide for morals, conduct, and interpersonal relations.
