Hodeida: Employees of the electricity sector in Hodeida governorate held a large rally on Saturday under the slogan "Readiness and Mobilization... to End the Aggression and the Blockade," in response to the call of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to raise readiness to confront the challenges.
According to Yemen News Agency, the stand was attended by the Director of the Hodeida Electricity District, Engineer Gharsan Abdulbari, along with department heads and staff of the institution. Participants emphasized the importance of unifying efforts to translate the directives of the revolutionary leadership into practical steps to implement strategic options that will alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
A statement issued at the stand expressed full support for all steps taken by the revolutionary leadership to enhance the level of readiness, affirming the commitment to fulfilling national responsibilities in a way that contributes to breaking the blockade and preserving Yemen's sovereignty and independence.
The statement emphasized adherence to the principle of "unity of the squares," considering the Yemeni people, in all their sectors, an integral part of it, and expressing readiness to support the axis of resistance in all situations, serving the causes of the nation, foremost among them the Palestinian cause.
The statement announced a general mobilization and comprehensive readiness, supporting the opening of military training and rehabilitation centers in preparation for all developments, ultimately aiming to break the siege, restore national resources, and preserve the capabilities of the Yemeni people.
It commended the Iranian position in breaking the siege on Sana'a International Airport, praising the efforts and vigilance of the Yemeni armed forces in confronting the attempts by the forces of aggression to obstruct this humanitarian work, and what this embodies in terms of steadfastness in defending national rights.
The statement issued at the rally called for strengthening societal unity to confront the schemes of the forces of aggression, affirming the steadfastness of the electricity sector's employees in supporting the just causes of the nation, foremost among them the Palestinian cause, considering steadfastness in the face of the enemy the only way to restore full sovereignty over the land and resources.
