Sanaa: A cultural evening was held in Al-Wehda district of the Capital Secretariat to commemorate Yawm al-Wilayah (Day of Guardianship) under the slogan "Whoever I am his master (mawla), then this Ali is his master."
According to Yemen News Agency, the evening was attended by key figures including the district director, Sami Humaid, the mobilization official, Abdullah Al-Dharafi, and the director of the educational district, Malatif Al-Matari. The guidance official of the district, Ibrahim Al-Bawsi, emphasized the significance of commemorating Yawm al-Wilayah to draw lessons from the path of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
The event included a review of important milestones from the noble biography of Imam Ali, highlighting his courage and heroism in confronting tyrants and oppressors. His model in governance and establishing the values of justice and tolerance were also discussed, serving as a focal point of the evening's commemorations.
