Event at Customs Clearance Center in Damt on Prophet’s Birthday Anniversary

Damt: The Customs Clearance Center in the city of Damt in Al-Dhale' governorate organized today a speech event on the occasion of the Prophet's birthday anniversary, peace be upon him and his family.

According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by key figures including the directors of the Finance Office in the governorate, Adnan Al-Jabri, and the Economy and Industry Office, Amin Jamil, as well as the Deputy Director of the Customs and Control Office in Dhamar for Guard Affairs, Ali Sarfah. The speeches delivered during the event focused on aspects of the Prophetic biography and emphasized the values carried by the message of the Prophet, such as justice, equality, brotherhood, dignity, honor, charity, mercy, and humanity.

The speakers highlighted the importance of commemorating this occasion as an educational moment to reflect on the life of the Prophet and to emulate his morals and stances in patience, steadfastness, jihad, and responsibility. They stressed the reinforcement of values related to belonging and identity based on faith.

The addresses further stated that celebrating the Prophet's birthday showcases pride in faith-based identity and reinforces values like dignity, freedom, and independence. It encourages ongoing dedication to serving the homeland and society. The call was made for active engagement with the Prophet's birthday events and participation in the central event in the governorate on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal.

The event, which was also attended by Abdulmajid Al-Sayadi, the Account Director of the Customs and Control Office in Dhamar, and the Legal Affairs Director, Ali Al-Hajjani, featured a variety of performances. These included poems, choral segments, and folkloric displays that celebrated the occasion.
