Ibb: The Finance and Tax Offices, the Culture Sector, and the executive units for property rent tax and qat sales tax in Ibb Governorate organized a speech event today to commemorate the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Director of the Finance Office in the governorate, Saleh Al-Rasas, emphasized that commemorating Mawlid al-Nabawi is an expression of veneration and love for the noblest Messenger. He highlighted that the celebration is a renewal of connection to the Prophet's biography, principles, and values. Al-Rasas noted that the Yemeni people's celebration of this occasion embodies gratitude to God Almighty for the blessing of faith, the message, and the mercy bestowed upon the worlds.
He further explained that this occasion serves as an annual opportunity to draw the noble Prophet's morals and values into reality, enhancing awareness of his pure biography, and translating it into behavior and practices that reflect the values of mercy, solidarity, charity, and responsibility. He urged continued events and activities that express the significance of the occasion and encouraged active participation in the central event to be held at the governorate center on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal.
The event was attended by the directors of the executive units for property rent tax, Ibrahim Makram, and qat sales tax, Bakeel Abbad, along with staff of the organizing bodies. It featured expressive chanting and poetic segments.
