Al-sadda: The Specialized College and the Technical Institute in Al-Sadda District, Ibb Governorate, organized a speech event commemorating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, may the best prayers and peace be upon him and his family. The event took place on Tuesday, highlighting its significance for the community.
According to Yemen News Agency, Abdullah Al-Waeli, Deputy of Mobilization in the governorate, emphasized the occasion as an opportunity to draw lessons of dignity, steadfastness in truth, and striving in the path of God. He urged attendees to follow the noble example of the Prophet, stressing that the occasion sends a message to adversaries of the Yemeni people's commitment to the Prophet's path, resisting aggression, and thwarting conspiracies.
Dr. Naji Al-San'ei, Dean of the Specialized College, asserted that celebrating the birth of the Prophet reflects adherence to the Muhammadan message. He described the commemoration as a significant factor in strengthening the resilience of the Yemeni people and upholding the values and principles brought by the Seal of the Prophets. He urged the promotion of awareness and the consolidation of faith identity among younger generations.
Muhammad Al-Shami, Dean of the Technical Institute, stated that commemorating the Prophet's birthday is a response to God's command to honor the Prophet. He emphasized the importance of leveraging this religious occasion to enhance spiritual awareness.
Abdulkarim Al-Amari, Head of the Planning and Finance Committee of the Local Council, noted that the Yemeni people renew their deep connection to the Prophet on this occasion, describing it as a spiritual milestone and a call for solidarity in confronting challenges targeting the nation.
