Sa’ada Education Office Celebrates Prophet’s Birthday and Honors Top Students

Sa'ada: The Education, Teaching, and Scientific Research Office in Sa'ada governorate organized a cultural event today to commemorate the Prophet's Birthday and honor top students in the basic and secondary education certificates for the 2024/2025 academic year. During the event, Sa'ada Governor Mohammed Awad congratulated the top students, praising the resilience and dedication of teachers in the educational front despite limited resources and unpaid salaries.

According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Awad emphasized the importance of commemorating the Prophet's Birthday in a manner befitting the status of Allah's Messenger, Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), and called on all community members to participate in events and activities and attend the central event.

The event was attended by members of the executive office and deputy directors of the Education Office, Abdullah Al-Jalal and Hussein Ahmed. It featured poetic recitations, choral performances, and the honoring of top students at the national and governorate levels for basic and secondary education certificates. The Education Office awarded them shields of excellence, in-kind gifts, and financial rewards.
