Sana'a: The Local Council and Public Mobilization Office in al-Hesn district, Sana'a province organized a commemorative event today on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the September 21 Revolution under the slogan 'September 21 Revolution . Freedom and Independence.'
According to Yemen News Agency, District Director Khalil Abu Allama emphasized that a primary goal of the revolution is to confront the powers of global arrogance, namely 'America and Israel,' and their regional instruments. He highlighted the significant achievements of the revolution, particularly the end of foreign tutelage and the establishment of security and stability in liberated areas.
Abu Allama described the September 21 Revolution as a historic turning point in Yemen's national struggle, restoring the people's right to self-determination and embedding principles of freedom and dignity. He urged all Yemenis to uphold the revolution's goals and protect them from any attempts to undermine them.
Cultural activist Ahmed Qiran expressed that celebrating this national occasion reflects loyalty to its goals and perseverance on the path of struggle to shape the future and realize the Yemeni people's aspirations of building a state founded on justice, the rule of law, sovereignty, and independence.
Qiran affirmed that the September 21 Revolution represents an exceptional achievement in the life of the steadfast Yemeni people, bringing the country back to the path of freedom and dignity after its fate had been mortgaged to foreign powers by agents pursuing narrow personal interests.
The event, attended by the district's Public Mobilization Officer Al-Karrar Al-Soufi, along with executive office directors, educational and social leaders, featured poems by Abdulrazzaq al-Mukhrafi, head of the Eastern Sector Agricultural Cooperative Development Association, and young performer Haidar Falah Rawdan, in addition to other performances highlighting the significance of the occasion.
