Al-safiyah: The General Mobilization in Al-Safiyah District of the Capital Secretariat organized today a cultural event commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Zaid (peace be upon him), and endorsing the statement of the Yemeni Armed Forces, under the slogan "Insight and Jihad."
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by the Advisor to the Minister of Interior, Major General Abdulkarim Al-Marouni, and the Mobilization Officer of the district, Abdullah Al-Ma'afa. Cultural activist Osama Al-Mahutori emphasized the importance of commemorating this occasion to draw lessons from the biography of Imam Zaid and the values, principles, and objectives embodied by his revolution in confronting injustice and tyranny.
The event was attended by local, executive, and development leaders, a number of social figures, and a gathering of residents of Al-Safiyah District.
