Muscat: The Public Works Sector and branches of the General Authority for Land Transport Affairs Regulation, the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Investment, the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges, the Executive Unit for Construction and Road Maintenance, the General Authority for Lands, Survey and Urban Planning, and the General Authority of Antiquities in Al-Mahwit governorate held a speech event to commemorate the Prophet's Birthday on Monday.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by key officials including Secretary-General of the Governorate's Local Council Dr. Ali Al-Zaykam and Al-Mahwit undersecretaries Hamoud Shamlan, Ali Hussein Sharaf Al-Din, Hussein Arqad, and Essam Al-Nazili. Yahya Al-Qadi, an official from the Al-Mahwit Public Works Sector, emphasized the importance of this occasion as a chance to renew loyalty to the Messenger of Allah and emulate his values and morals.
Additionally, Mohammed Al-Nazili, Director General of the Office of Industry, Economy and Investment, highlighted the event as a revival of Islamic values and principles. He noted that commemorating the Prophet's Birthday serves as a reminder of the Prophet's efforts to promote justice and solidarity. Al-Nazili pointed out the occasion's role in fostering a deeper understanding of the Prophet's life and his stand against injustice.
The event underscored the connection between the Muslim nation and the Prophet, offering a moment to reflect on his virtues and teachings.
