Sana'a: The Charitable Association for Quranic Education in Sana'a, in cooperation with the Supreme Committee for Summer Activities and Courses, launched today the final rounds of the Quran memorization, recitation, and mastery competition for the year 1447 AH, at the national level.
According to Yemen News Agency, the 20-day competition sees the participation of 448 students from various governorates. The event aims to encourage and motivate students to memorize, recite, and reflect upon the verses of the Holy Quran. Initial qualifying rounds were held among the contestants at the district level, followed by the governorate level.
