Sana'a: The Ministry of Finance team has taken the sole lead of Group One in the Volleyball Championship for Ministries, Institutions, and Government Authorities, organized by the Interim Committee of the Volleyball Federation for the 'Martyrs of the Government of Change and Development' Cup. Finance topped the group after defeating the Ministry of Youth and Sports team with two straight sets in their match on Wednesday evening, as part of the third round of the group stage.
According to Yemen News Agency, in another match within the same group, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources team secured a hard-fought victory against the Prime Minister's Office team, winning two sets to one. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates team defeated the Presidency team with two clean sets.
Today's results put the Ministry of Finance alone at the top with 6 points. The Ministry of Youth team comes second with 4 points, the same total as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while the Ministry of Agriculture ranks fourth-also with 4 points but trailing on set difference. The Presidency team follows with 3 points, and lastly, the Prime Minister's Office team remains without points.
