Sana'a: The First Deputy Governor of the Capital Secretariat, Khaled Al-Madani, inspected today the progress of summer course activities in Al-Hatarish neighborhood in Bani Al-Harith District. Al-Madani, alongside district director Hamad bin Rakan, Director of the Education Office Abdul Salam Al-Ghouli, Director of the Youth and Sports Office Ahmed Misbah, Guidance Official Ahmed Abu Talib, and Subcommittee Member Nasser Ghathaya, evaluated student turnout and the nature of the activities and programs provided.
According to Yemen News Agency, the delegation listened to presentations from those managing the summer courses in Al-Hatarish. These briefings covered performance levels, student attendance and engagement, and the efforts to implement the plan approved by the Higher Committee for Summer Activities and Courses.
During the visit, the First Deputy Governor acknowledged the discipline and strong student participation observed in the summer courses across Al-Asri, Al-Mahjal, and Al-Hatarish areas. He emphasized that these courses are essential for safeguarding youth, enhancing their academic and creative abilities, and developing their skills.
District director bin Rakan encouraged students to fully utilize the opportunities offered by the summer course programs. He also praised the dedication of educational staff, field workers, and the supportive role of parents in motivating their children to participate in these educational programs.
The visit was marked by the presence of local leaders, community figures, dignitaries, and social and mobilization personalities.
