Shoub: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemned on Tuesday the so-called Israeli Knesset's approval of the law to execute Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Ministry considered this step a dangerous escalation and a blatant and flagrant violation of international humanitarian law. It affirmed that the approval is further evidence of the Israeli enemy entity's persistence in killing and bloodshed, culminating in the execution of detainees and prisoners.
The statement called on the international community to intervene and exert pressure to prevent the Israeli enemy entity from proceeding with this heinous crime. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the Republic of Yemen's firm and unwavering support for the Palestinian people until the end of the aggression, the lifting of the siege, and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on all Palestinian territory, with Jerusalem as its capital.
