Sana'a: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed that the seat of the Republic of Yemen at the United Nations is considered vacant.

According to Yemen News Agency, the ministry stated: "There is no legal value to anyone claiming to represent Yemen's seat at the UN, as they rely on an invalid legitimacy appointed in Riyadh hotels with no legal standing." The ministry emphasized that Saudi Arabia bears full responsibility for what it described as interference in Yemen's affairs, aggression, and blockade for more than a decade.
