Marib: A solemn funeral procession was held in Marib province for Sheikh Ali Saleh al-Qarmoushi, a respected tribal leader of Bani Jabr, attended by officials, military leaders, and community figures.
According to Yemen News Agency, the ceremony was led by Ali Taiman and mobilization official Badr al-Majash, honoring the late leader's national contributions and his role in rallying support against foreign aggression. Attendees praised his humility, ethics, and decades-long dedication to serving the people of Harib al-Qarmoush.
They described his passing as a loss not only for Marib but for all of Yemen, praying for God's mercy and for patience and comfort for his family and loved ones.
The funeral prayers were held at al-Sha'ab Mosque in the Capital Secretariat, after which he was laid to rest in the Martyrs' Cemetery in Harib al-Qarmoush district, Marib.
