Hajjah Commemorates Martyrdom of Imam Ali, Int’l Quds Day in Sharis District

Hajjah: An evening commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and International Quds Day was held in Sharis District, Hajjah Governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by several key officials, including the directors of the governorate's Health and Environment Office, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kahlani, the Tax Office, Mohammed Al-Muhajir, and the Qat Tax Office, Mohammed Al-Shahari. The head of the governorate's Media Center, Ali Al-Nu'ami, spoke about the significance of commemorating this anniversary and drawing lessons and inspiration from the courage of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).

Al-Nu'ami emphasized the need for the nation to return to Allah, the Holy Quran, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and the guiding lights, especially in light of the aggression against the nation of the Chosen One. He described the commemoration as an opportunity to replenish the values and principles embodied by Imam Ali and to emulate his patience, knowledge, courage, struggle, piety, and asceticism.

Mobilization official Saleh al-Qadami highlighted Imam Ali's close relationship with the people of wisdom and faith, and their role in supporting the Prophet Muhammad and the guiding lights of Islam. He reviewed the Imam's attributes, virtues, and merits, emphasizing the importance of following his path and the path of the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, in confronting the enemies. He also called for broad participation in the International Quds Day marches.
