Hajjah: Work was launched on Thursday in Aflah Al-Sham district of Hajjah governorate, on a project to grade the road in Beit Al-Qoud area of Bani Al-Harith subdistrict, as part of a community initiative in cooperation with the district's local authority.
According to Yemen News Agency, the 1.2-kilometer road will benefit around 1,000 residents of Bani Al-Harith by connecting several areas within the subdistrict.
At the launch, District Director Zaid Dhafer and Mobilization Official Mansour Al-Zaghafi underscored the project's importance in serving local residents and alleviating the difficulties they face due to the rugged road.
He praised the community's engagement and contribution to supporting official efforts in the service and development sectors, helping strengthen resilience and serve citizens amid the current circumstances facing the country.
