Hajjah Security Department Commemorates Wilayah Day with Speech Event

Hajjah: The Security Department of Hajjah province organized a speech event on Monday to commemorate Wilayah Day. During the event, Hajjah Governor Ahmed Al-Akhfash highlighted the nation's vulnerability due to a lack of understanding of Wilayat al-Amr (Guardianship of the Islamic Authority) in Islam, which has historically led to subjugation under oppressive rulers and foreign dominion.

According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Al-Akhfash elaborated that Tawalli (allegiance) is not just a sectarian slogan but a practical commitment that requires loyalty in both words and actions. He clarified that true Tawalli translates the principles of the divine message into practical reality and ethical behavior, emphasizing that it is not about empty slogans or emotional stances. Instead, it is a state of awareness and engagement with the nation's issues from a Quranic perspective.

The event was attended by the province's Mobilization Official, Hamoud Al-Maghribi. Hajjah Security Director Brigadier General Hassan Al-Qasimi attributed Yemen's current dignity and pride to sincere allegiance to Allah, the Prophet Muhammad, and Imam Ali. He stressed the importance of rebuilding the nation's collective identity based on loyalty to divine guidance rather than nationalism, sectarianism, partisanship, or regionalism.

Brigadier General Al-Qasimi further noted that the Holy Quran ties the nation's fate to its adherence to the guardianship of Allah. He warned that the nation loses the effectiveness of its divine message and falls into darkness whenever the correct concept of Wilayah, as defined by the Quran, is absent.
