Hajjah’s Local Secretary Evaluates Work Discipline in Service Institutions

Hajjah: Ismail Al-Muheim, Secretary-General of the Local Council in Hajjah Province, conducted an inspection of work discipline in several service institutions on the second day of official working hours. Al-Muheim, in the company of Dhayan Al-Qadi, Director of the Civil Service Office in the province, assessed the discipline levels at various branches, including the Electricity Corporation, the Water and Sanitation Corporation, and the offices of Health, Environment, Social Affairs, and Labor, using attendance records as a measure.

According to Yemen News Agency, the inspection aimed to evaluate discipline and review work plans for the forthcoming period, with the goal of enhancing performance and alleviating the difficulties faced by citizens amid the current national circumstances. Al-Muheim stressed the importance of responsibility and discipline among all employees in carrying out their tasks and called for collective efforts to improve work quality and service delivery to the province's residents.

Furthermore, Al-Muheim expressed appreciation for the efforts made by the administrations and staff of the executive offices in maintaining service continuity despite challenges that may disrupt workflow. The Director of the Civil Service Office reported a work discipline rate of 95% and stated that field committees from executive offices and agency branches would persist in their efforts throughout the year.
