Sana'a: The Head of the General Authority for Roads and Bridges, Engineer Abdulrahman Al-Hadrami, sent a congratulatory telegram to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, and His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan.
