Health Activities in Summer Schools in Taiz Launched

Taiz: Authorities in Taiz province inaugurated on Wednesday health awareness programs in summer schools aimed at enhancing students' knowledge and skills. The acting governor of Taiz, Ahmed al-Masawa, launched health activities in summer schools across the governorate, focusing on student development and health awareness.

According to Yemen News Agency, officials were briefed on the programs, which include health education lectures, awareness sessions, and first aid training as part of the summer school curriculum. Al-Masawa described summer schools as an integrated educational initiative that combines learning, cultural activities, and skill development, contributing to shaping aware and capable students.

He emphasized the importance of protecting youth from negative influences and supporting programs that strengthen knowledge, values, and community engagement. Officials noted strong participation in the summer schools, highlighting their role in developing student abilities and promoting positive behavior and awareness among young people.
