Khartoum: The Director General of Information Technology and Networks at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Babiker Hussein, announced the smooth completion of admission results for the deferred 2023 batch, with 88,014 applicants representing 59.6% of successful candidates, in addition to 1,752 students from Arab and foreign certificates.
According to Sudan News Agency, Dr. Babiker made this announcement at a briefing conference organized by the Ministry of Culture and Information. He confirmed the restoration of the digital admission system and its integration with the Ministry of Finance, facilitating both online admission and payment. He emphasized that the success of this initiative was the result of a genuine national partnership and an integrated system.
Dr. Babiker highlighted that this achievement reflects the contributions of various national forces, including the Armed Forces, the General Intelligence Service, the Police Forces, and supporting forces in the Battle of Dignity. He extended his congratulations to the students and expressed gratitude towards national institutions, telecom companies, and citizens for their roles as true partners in this success.
