Historical Account of US-Saudi-Emirati Aggression on October 14

Sana'a - saba: On this day, October 14, multiple airstrikes were carried out by US-Saudi-Emirati forces across various provinces, resulting in casualties, injuries, and extensive damage to infrastructure.

According to Yemen News Agency, the aggression on October 14, 2015, resulted in the martyrdom of five citizens, including three children, with three others injured. The airstrikes targeted homes, a water pump, a commercial shop, and a transport truck in Wadi Al-Zeeh, Hajjah province. Additionally, four citizens were martyred due to airstrikes on Taiz International Airport, leading to infrastructure damage. Further strikes damaged homes and properties in Saada province, and the telecommunications network in Al-Safra and Razih districts.

In 2016, airstrikes led to the death of four family members in Amran province and significant damage to educational and residential structures across several provinces. On October 14, 2017, the aggression intensified with numerous airstrikes targeting Saada, Jizan, Najran, and other provinces, causing severe destruction.

The following year, in 2018, airstrikes continued to impact civilian areas, including roadways and populated villages in Saada province. In 2019, further airstrikes were reported in Haradh and Abs districts in Hajjah province, among others.

October 14, 2020, saw an escalation with 13 airstrikes on Marib province and others on Jawf and Hajjah provinces. Aggression mercenaries established combat positions in Hodeida province, shelling various areas.

On the same date in 2021, airstrikes targeted multiple districts in Marib province, leading to property damage. A cluster bomb explosion injured an elderly woman in Saada province, while combat fortifications were established in Hodeida.

By 2022, the aftereffects of the aggression continued to manifest with landmine explosions causing injuries in Jawf province, and ongoing artillery shelling by mercenaries in Hodeida.
