Hodeida Endowments Office and Scholars Launch Guidance Convoy on West Coast

Hodeida: The Hodeida governorate office of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance, in collaboration with the Governorate's Unit of Scholars and Students of Knowledge, has initiated a scholarly guidance convoy across the Hays and Al-Khawkhah districts on the West Coast. This initiative is undertaken in cooperation with the General Mobilization and the local authority.

According to Yemen News Agency, the convoy is designed to enhance community awareness and reinforce religious and national values. It will achieve this through a series of programs, lectures, and cultural activities directed at schools, community gatherings, government offices, and mosques within the districts.

The program features lectures and events that stress the importance of adhering to the tenets of the Islamic faith, highlight the community's role in maintaining security and stability, and raise awareness about the threats posed by ideologies that contradict religious values and identity.

Additionally, the program underscores the contributions of local residents in safeguarding their areas and national assets. It seeks to promote cooperation with security agencies and support stability and development initiatives in the liberated districts of the West Coast.

During the launch event, key figures such as the Governorate Undersecretary for the Southern Sector, Mutahar Al-Hadi, and other officials emphasized the critical role of scholars in enhancing community awareness and promoting social solidarity and national responsibility. They stressed the need for ongoing outreach and awareness efforts to support security and stability, and to pave the way for development in the liberated districts. They also praised the residents for their efforts and collaboration with authorities.

Furthermore, officials encouraged those who had joined the ranks of the Saudi opposition to take advantage of the general amnesty and return to their communities. They emphasized the importance of strengthening social cohesion and urged district residents to work with security agencies to consolidate security and stability, while protecting public and private interests.
