Hodeida: Hodeida governor Abdullah Atifi inspected the workflow and staff discipline at al-Thawra General Hospital in the governorate. During his visit, he toured various departments, clinics, and specialized centers and received a briefing from the hospital's director, Dr. Khaled Suhail, on the medical and treatment services provided to citizens.
According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Atifi held a meeting with the hospital director, department heads, and storekeepers to discuss the hospital's situation, essential needs, and solutions to overcome operational challenges due to current circumstances. The governor commended the efforts of the hospital leadership and staff in maintaining and improving healthcare services.
He emphasized the local authority's support for the hospital's efforts to fulfill its humanitarian role in alleviating patient suffering in the governorate and neighboring areas. He highlighted the recent achievements of the hospital, including the establishment of new specialized centers and modernization of equipment.
