Sanaa:In a speech on the third anniversary of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the Leader of the Revolution, urged the Islamic Ummah, especially in Turkey and Pakistan, to take a firm stance against the Saudi regime's actions. He accused Saudi Arabia of plotting against Islamic holy sites and attempting to involve other countries in its aggression against Yemen.
According to Yemen News Agency, al-Houthi emphasized the strategic and religious importance of resisting Saudi conspiracies that destabilize the region and undermine the Palestinian cause. He held Islamic governments and people accountable for their complacency towards Saudi actions, which he claimed involve partnerships with American and Israeli actors and false accusations against Yemenis of targeting holy sites.
Al-Houthi highlighted the need for Islamic nations to oppose the Saudi regime's manipulation of holy sites like Mecca and Medina. He warned of the consequences of ignoring these issues, pointing to a US-Zionist conspiracy targeting these sanctities. He criticized Saudi Arabia's continued aggression and blockade against Yemen, describing it as a contradiction to its claimed protection of the Two Holy Mosques.
The speech also acknowledged the Turkish and Pakistani peoples who reject involvement in the aggression against Yemen and understand Saudi intentions. Al-Houthi reiterated that the Saudi regime's actions serve US and Zionist goals and aim to turn Yemen into an occupied nation. He cited the regime's responsibility for crimes against Yemeni civilians and the murder of Jamal Khashoggi.
Al-Houthi questioned the justification for Saudi Arabia's ongoing blockade and aggression, highlighting the US-Zionist agenda behind these actions. He challenged nations supporting Saudi Arabia to consider if they would accept such treatment for themselves, focusing on the severe restrictions imposed on Yemen.
The Leader of the Revolution noted how the Yemeni people have used periods of de-escalation to support the Palestinian cause, unlike Saudi Arabia, which collaborated with Israel against Palestinian interests. He revealed alleged Saudi cooperation with Zionist forces, including hosting reconnaissance missions over Yemeni territories.
Al-Houthi praised the Yemeni people's commitment to their Islamic duty, demonstrated through mass rallies and military support for Gaza. He described these efforts as embodying humanitarian sentiments towards Palestine, consistent with the Prophetic description of having the "softest hearts."
