Sanaa:The National Commission for Human Rights has condemned the crime committed by the Saudi aggressor in the Nihm District of Sanaa Governorate. An initial report indicates the attack resulted in 12 casualties, including three martyrs and nine wounded, all from a single family, most of whom were women and children.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Commission declared that this massacre represents another addition to the Saudi aggressor's record of atrocities, which has extended over more than a decade.
The Commission emphasized that the deliberate extermination of this family qualifies as a full-fledged war crime under Article 8 of the Rome Statute. It also highlighted the violation of Article 51 of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions, which prohibits the targeting of civilian dwellings.
