Sana'a: Ibb governorate's mobilization officer Abdulfattah Ghallab on Saturday inspected the summer program activities at "Umm Salamah," "al-Sarkha," and "Bani Harb" centers in Hazm al-Udayn district. During the visits, accompanied by the district's Education Officer, Abdulghani al-Qaderi, Ghallab reviewed the performance levels, educational and cultural activities, and student engagement with the summer programs.
According to Yemen News Agency, Ghallab listened to explanations from center administrators about the nature of the activities implemented and the efforts made to develop students' scientific and cultural abilities and refine their talents in various fields. The Ibb Mobilization Officer praised the level of preparation, organization, and discipline at the summer centers, commending the efforts of the educational and administrative staff in ensuring the success of the programs and activities that contribute to building a conscious generation fortified with faith and national values.
He emphasized that the summer programs represent a fundamental pillar in utilizing the time of children and youth during the summer vacation by providing them with beneficial sciences and purposeful knowledge, and by developing their intellectual and behavioral abilities in a way that enhances their awareness and insight. Ghallab explained that the widespread interaction and increasing demand for summer schools reflects society's understanding of their importance in preparing a generation equipped with knowledge, ethics, and awareness.
