Ibb University Honors Families of Its Martyred Staff

Sana'a: Ibb University, in cooperation with the Student Forum, honored a number of families of martyrs from among its staff. During the ceremony, University President Dr. Nasr Al-Hujaili emphasized that honoring the families of martyrs is a symbolic expression of loyalty to the great sacrifices made by the righteous martyrs in defense of the nation's principles, sanctities, and resources.

According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Hujaili praised the high spiritual morale of the parents and children of the martyrs, highlighting how it reflects the awareness of all members of society, their adherence to the life and path of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), and their steadfast support for the revolutionary leadership and the heroes of the armed forces.

Al-Hujaili also underscored the importance of upholding the values and ideals of faith-based identity, which can help build a strong generation capable of confronting all conspiracies plotted by the forces of global arrogance.

The honoring ceremony was attended by the university's Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs Dr. Abdullah Al-Falahi, for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Dr. Fouad Hassan, and for Student Affairs Dr. Ahmed Abu Lahoom, as well as University Secretary-General Abdulmalik Al-Saqqaf. During the event, Guidance Sector official Ahmed Al-Muhajir and Ibrahim Al-Saqqaf reaffirmed their commitment to following the path of the righteous martyrs until victory is achieved, God willing.

Following the speeches, a number of families of the university's martyred staff were honored with shields, certificates of appreciation, and gifts, in the presence of several academics, administrators, and students.
