Ibb:The Local Water and Sanitation Corporation in Ibb Governorate observed the 1448 AH Annual Martyr Anniversary on Tuesday by organizing visits to a martyrs' exhibition, the martyrs' cemetery in the Dhi Al-Shat area, and the families of the corporation's martyrs.
According to Yemen News Agency, the corporation's delegation provided food baskets and financial assistance to the families of martyrs, demonstrating a commitment to honoring their sacrifices while promoting solidarity and compassion within the community.
Majed Al-Shami, the Corporation's Director General, stated that the sacrifices made by the martyrs continue to be a source of pride and inspiration. He emphasized the importance of translating the values of devotion and sacrifice into practical action and public service. Al-Shami noted that the commemoration of the anniversary serves to renew the commitment to follow the martyrs' example, uphold responsibilities with dedication, and support their families.
Visitors to the exhibition praised it for effectively documenting the martyrs' sacrifices. They highlighted the significance of preserving the legacy of these martyrs for future generations and the necessity of continuing activities that honor their memory and recognize the sacrifices made by their families.
