Sana'a: Residents of Ibb governorate's northern square districts, including Yarim, al-Saddah, al-Nadira, and al-Radmah, along with al-Udayn and Mudhaikherah, organized large rallies and festivals on Saturday to celebrate Eid al-Ghadir, the Day of al-Wilayah of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, the events were attended by education officials and mobilization leaders. The celebrations expressed joy and highlighted Imam Ali's al-Wilayah as a continuation of the Prophet's leadership, emphasizing its importance in safeguarding the nation from division and enemy plots.
Speakers at the events argued that the current fragmentation of the nation is a result of moving away from this guardianship. They praised the public's enthusiasm for the celebration and called for a genuine return to this path to unify ranks, end subservience, and restore dignity and sovereignty.
