Sana'a: The Women's Committee in Jawf governorate organized a central celebration on Saturday to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah, also known as "Eid al-Ghadir." The event was marked by participants renewing their loyalty to God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali. They emphasized learning from Imam Ali's approach while contrasting their divine loyalty with what they referred to as the "tyrant of the age, America."
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches during the celebration highlighted the struggles faced by the Palestinian people and connected these issues to the absence of Ghadir culture within the nation. This connection was drawn to emphasize the importance of divine loyalty and cultural heritage in addressing national and international challenges.
Following the celebration, attendees held a solidarity stand to express their support for the Palestinian people. They also voiced their backing of the Yemeni Armed Forces' operations against what they termed as the Zionist enemy. The gathering concluded with a statement that underscored guardianship as essential for maintaining national dignity. Additionally, condolences were extended to the Iranian leadership for the martyrs who lost their lives in what was described as a brutal Zionist attack.
