Sana'a: The Head of the Technical Education Sector in the Capital Secretariat, Abdullah Sharaf al-Din, inspected today the progress of summer activities at Al-Hashhush Center in Al-Jaraf neighborhood, Al-Thawra District.
According to Yemen News Agency, Sharaf al-Din listened to a briefing from the center's director, Mohammed Alyan, about the implementation of summer activities and programs, the level of student turnout, and their engagement in benefiting from them across various educational, cognitive, cultural, skills-based, and creative fields.
The Head of the Technical Education Sector explained that an awareness training course will be held for students of Al-Hashhash Summer Center to introduce them to the importance of professional and technical specializations and opportunities to enroll in technical institutes that provide practical skills meeting labor market needs.
He affirmed the commitment to developing students' abilities, equipping them with craft and technical skills, and guiding them toward technical and professional specializations that contribute to preparing qualified cadres in technical, craft, and industrial fields.
Sharaf al-Din mentioned that the sector and technical and vocational institutes in the Capital Secretariat launched last week a plan for field visits to model summer centers across various districts, and began implementing technical and vocational activities for enrolled students to enhance their benefit.
