Sanaa: Head of Ibb Court of Appeals Judge Sari al-Ajili inspected on Tuesday judicial and administrative operations at Dhi al-Sufal and al-Sayani district courts. Judge al-Ajili was briefed by Judges Majed al-Zumr and Fawaz al-Kudhahi on case inflows, progress rates, procedural discipline, and verdict execution.
According to Yemen News Agency, Judge al-Ajili emphasized the importance of enhancing performance, expediting case processing, and improving coordination between courts and prosecution offices. In his inspection, he highlighted the necessity for efficient judicial processes to ensure timely delivery of justice.
Judge al-Ajili also commended the efforts of judges and court staff for their dedication to serving the public and advancing swift justice. He acknowledged their role in maintaining procedural discipline and ensuring the effective execution of verdicts within their jurisdictions.
