Sana'a: The Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, honored the directors of the ministry's offices and human resources directors in public service units, in appreciation of their efforts in transferring official attendance data through the unified electronic human resources system for the year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Minister praised the qualitative shift in oversight and evaluation, affirming continued administrative development and digital transformation, in cooperation with the National Institute of Administrative Sciences, in the areas of training, procedural simplification, structuring, and institutional integration.
The Deputy Minister noted that the electronic system has transformed human resources departments into a strategic role in organizational development.
