Sana'a: The Chairman of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Moayyad, sent a congratulatory telegram to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, and members of the Council, on the occasion of the eleventh anniversary of the September 21 Revolution.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Moayyad expressed his warmest congratulations to the Leader of the Revolution, the President, members of the Supreme Political Council, and all the Yemeni people on this national occasion, which marked a significant turning point in the modern history of Yemen.
He emphasized that the September 21 Revolution restored national decision-making to the Yemeni people, rejected foreign tutelage, and established a new path based on freedom, sovereignty, and dignity.
The Authority's Chairman explained that the revolution, led by Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, represented a liberation and renaissance project. He stated, "The September 21 Revolution marked a turning point in Yemen's modern history, bringing about a shift in military industrialization that restored Yemen's role in defending the nation's causes, foremost among them the Palestinian cause."
He noted that the revolution, with the people's awareness, the sacrifices of the martyrs, and the support of the masses for its leadership, was able to transition Yemen from a period of dependency and subservience to a period of construction, liberation, and independence.
