Marib: The Deputy Governor of Marib, Saeed Buhaybih, along with the Deputy of the Mobilization Authority in the governorate, Hussein Abunab, and the Head of the Education Sector, Ali Al-Zaidi, inaugurated on Saturday the new academic year 1448 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Governor Buhaybih described the launch of the new academic year as an important step toward building the future of generations, affirming the full support of the local authority for the education sector and its commitment to overcoming challenges facing teachers and students.
For his part, the Deputy of the Mobilization Authority in the governorate stressed the importance of joint efforts to support schools and educational staff, ensuring the continuity of the educational process and the success of the new academic year.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Education Sector in the governorate explained that the inauguration was preceded by extensive preparations carried out in cooperation with district education offices to create a suitable school environment, receive students, and provide textbooks according to available resources.
In turn, the Deputy of the Mobilization Authority in the southern sector, Mohammed Al-Buraihi, praised the resilience and steadfastness of the educational staff in the field, calling on teachers and administrators to exert maximum effort to ensure the success of the new academic year.
